Covid-19 Procedures - March/April 2021
Safety for our guests and our team is our priority.
Social Distancing will be adhered to & our team are fully aware of its importance. Staff will be wearing a face covering.
Breakfast & evening meals will be served to your room.
Housekeepers will not enter your room throughout your stay (unless requested). Fresh towels, extra toiletries etc. can be requested & collected from reception.
Our housekeeping team have been allocated a longer timeframe to complete a thorough clean of guest rooms & public areas.
Our lounge & bar areas will not be open during this period - drinks from the bar are available for Room Service from 10am - 11pm daily.
As always, we will adapt to the regulations ensuring we keep a warm, welcoming & relaxing feel throughout the hotel.
As regulations change frequently over the weeks, we will update any changes to the policies here.

Our seafront location, opposite the pier on Llandudno promenade, makes it one of the best positioned hotels in Llandudno, North Wales. We like to call it, the ‘Chelsea of Llandudno!’.
We are a family run & family friendly hotel that pride ourselves on cleanliness & World Class service. We have 35, recently renovated modern rooms, comprising of doubles, twins, family rooms & suites, all with en-suites. Our rooms are all individually, tastefully decorated & serviced on a daily basis.
Our rooms come equipped with LCD TV, DVD player & some rooms are equipped with Sky TV, we also offer individual toiletries & hospitality trays. Sea view rooms have a glorious sea view of Llandudno bay. We have a licensed bar and also free WiFi Internet access.
Our 24 hour reception is available for guests, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We also have free parking available.
